Our story

At Casa O Marketing, our journey didn't start with a grand business plan. It started with two laid-off girls, Frances and me (Mimi), living our corporate girly dreams at PepsiCo when the layoffs came. And then they kept coming.

We started by helping community members in need right here in our small town of New Milford. We leaned on our community for support, aka Peggy of @thecrowsnest, and took on our first clients, Healing Touch and Angel Heart.

As we connected with local businesses, we quickly realized that many entrepreneurs were seeking support in navigating the complexities of social media and online marketing.

What started as uncertainty has turned into incredible connections, clients we would lay in oncoming traffic for, and so much more.

Now, four years later, we proudly serve clients throughout Connecticut and Westchester County, as well as working remotely with individuals from Arizona, New York, and more.

We're a small but mighty team focused on organic growth, storytelling that converts, and building real relationships with wellness professionals and small businesses who trust us to show up for them.

With a strong foundation in corporate communications and social media management, Frances brings both strategy and structure to Casa O’s digital presence. She manages post approvals, publishing, and monthly strategy calls, while also providing seamless Virtual Assistant support. Frances plays a key role in keeping our content aligned with our brand voice and ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the heart of Casa O.

Madi

Lead Marketer and Content Creator
With a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of trends, Madi has driven remarkable growth for our clients while ensuring brand cohesion and identity. Passionate about wellness and self-care, she is also an up-and-coming birthing doula, helping women with their health and womb wellness through her work at @mydoulamadison and @alchemizingmadison.

Ethan

Assistant Marketer and Content Creator
A visually-driven artist with a strong eye for design, Ethan brings experience from both New York City and Connecticut, having honed his understanding of style and its ever-evolving nature. With a background in contemporary dance and a passion for creativity, Ethan crafts visually compelling content tailored to each client’s vision. Born and raised in New Milford, he studied at FineLine Theater Arts and Peridance Center in NYC, where he performed professionally for 8 years. In 2022, Ethan returned to New Milford to pursue his passion for marketing, and he is thrilled to be part of the Casa O team!

Mimi

Founder and Team Lead
Mimi, founder of Casa O Marketing, is building a different kind of agency, one rooted in collaboration, equality, and real human connection over profits.

She puts people first: her clients, her team, and her community.

Her marketing approach is simple: listen closely, honor each client's unique vision, and create authentic content that reflects who they truly are.

Mimi believes in integrity, transparency, and shared growth. As the spiritual leader at @thehivect, she leads local initiatives focused on sustainability and creating safe, inclusive spaces for connection.

Her mission? To build a business model where everyone thrives, financially, emotionally, and spiritually. Through Casa O, she's helping entrepreneurs make lasting connections and create a ripple effect of positive change.
